Orindle provides B2B lead generation, cold email strategy, and outbound systems setup services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining compliance with their local electronic communication laws, and collaborating in good faith during the strategy and launch phases.

4. Payments

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

5. No guarantee of results

While we use best practices to build robust outbound engines, we cannot guarantee specific metrics, reply rates, or booked meetings, as these rely on market conditions and the client's core offer.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orindle and its licensors.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data strictly confidential during and after the term of engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Orindle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
