Custom digital services, design work, website development, and strategy work are generally not refundable after delivery or approval.

After full payment is received, the client will own the final approved deliverables created specifically for them.

ORINDLE may still use general knowledge, skills, ideas, frameworks, and non-confidential methods gained during the project.

10. Portfolio Usage

Unless agreed otherwise, ORINDLE may display completed work, screenshots, project names, or results in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

If you want your project to remain private, please tell us before the project begins.

11. Third-Party Tools

Some projects may use third-party tools, platforms, plugins, hosting, domains, templates, or integrations.

ORINDLE is not responsible for issues, downtime, pricing changes, bugs, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

12. No Guaranteed Results

ORINDLE aims to create professional and high-quality digital work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, leads, rankings, or revenue.

Results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, audience, traffic, pricing, and marketing efforts.

13. Limitation of Liability

ORINDLE is not liable for indirect, accidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or website downtime.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

14. Termination

ORINDLE may stop or cancel a project if the client:

• Fails to make payment
• Does not provide required information
• Requests illegal, harmful, or unethical work
• Becomes abusive or unprofessional
• Violates these Terms
